Advice About Re-establishing a Broken Relationship

So you argued with the boyfriend or girlfriend and now they are your Ex.  You have had a little time to clear your head and now think you made a big mistake.  Your heart is aching and you know that things got way out of control. 

You probably said things that were very hurtful and heard things that made you angry.  How can you turn this around and get your Exto come back?  Can you at least get them to speak with you in a friendly manner?

You will have caused him to think that he has done something good.  He made you happy and that will make him happy and he will agree to see you for that appreciation.
